Apartments are also available in 2 and 2.5 BHK.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Inora Park is being developed on 6.28 acre land parcel located at NIBM Annexe, Pune. It will encompass premium residences with green landscapes and state-of-the-art modern amenities such as modern clubhouse of about 6000 sq. ft. that can adequately serve the residents with a multi-purpose hall, children play area, basketball court, jogging track/walkways, swimming pool, and gymnasium.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Speaking on the launch of Phase II of Inora Park, Brotin Banerjee, MD &amp; CEO, Tata Housing, said, “We are overwhelmed with the customer response received for our phase I even in a sluggish and competitive market. <p style="text-align: justify;">The project was launched in 2010 and strategically situated in the high growth corridor of Pune, with excellent connectivity to commercial hubs like Hadapsar. <p style="text-align: justify;">Hundreds of Mumbaikars registered for the Mumbai Walbook to redecorate the defaced city walls and illustrated them with graphic visualizations of their dream city that they love and quintessentially Mumbai.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The paintings sent out strong social messages with themes of an ideal Mumbai, requirement of open green public space, anti-crime, anti-corruption, eco-awareness, non-violence, Bollywood frenzy and Lord Ganesha’s portrait beautifying the walls along the Tulsi Pipe Road in central Mumbai. The entire length of the 2 kilometre painted wall extends over three suburban train stations and is an arterial link road to the city centre.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The success of the wallbook in Mumbai prompted Tata Housing to host a similar event in the capital called the ‘Delhi WallBook’ which is yet another success for the brand. With nearly 500 participants in Delhi’s North Campus venue, people’s passion went on to establish Tata Housing’s Facebook page as the largest fan base in the realty space with 15,000 new fans, creating a total fan-base of about 88,000.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Commenting on the achievement, Rajeeb Dash, Head of Marketing at Tata Housing<strong> </strong>said, “It is an honour to be a part of the Limca Book of Records this year. Our Mumbai Wallbook initiative was an engaging project with Mumbaikars giving them an opportunity to express their thoughts in their creative best and we wereoverwhelmed with the enthusiastic response from artists. The event resulted in an astonishing turn out of citizens who desire a better Mumbai and were ready to demonstrate their views through their artistic skills. This national recognition of our support for art &amp; culture is encouraging and this is truly reflective of our endeavor to inspire life through art. We plan to take The Wallbook initiative across to other cities of India as well.”</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Mumbai WallBook was a joint initiative by Tata Housing &amp; Brand Promotions India Pvt. Ltd. to bring professional, amateur and budding artists on the same platform to showcase their skills and create a record for the longest wall painting by maximum artists.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tata Housing will initiate <em>‘</em>The Wallbook’<em> activities </em>across cities in India such as, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and second series of Wallbook in Mumbai.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The announcement was made by company&#8217;s Chief Managing Director Alok Kumar at a function in Patna.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In his brief speech, Gayle expressed happiness over his association with the company active in Bihar, Jharkhand and National Capital Region.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The big-bodied Jamaican, however, refused to talk about cricket.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Gayle recently set a new record for the fastest century in the history of the game which came off just 30 balls for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL, and then went on to make the highest score ever in Twenty20, ending unbeaten with 175 off 66 balls.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A large crowd had gathered at the venue, a leading hotel here, to get a glimpse of their favourite cricket star. The fans also thronged the airport and the residence of JD(U) Legislative Council member Sanjay Singh, who is also associated with the real estate company, on the arrival of the hard-hitting batsman.</p>

The company has outlined budget of nearly Rs 150 crore for this and is aiming to do so in the current financial year, a top company official said.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;We will continue to be Mumbai-centric, but we also want to try our hand at other important markets,&#8221; says Vikas Oberoi, CMD, Oberoi Realty. &#8220;To begin with, it will be a small investment. We will be undertaking this project to study the market. If it works out well, then we can continue operating there.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Oberoi Realty, India&#8217;s second most valued listed developer has been looking for a land parcel in National Capital Region for last six months. The company is open to joint ventures proposals too, he added.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the backdrop of sluggish commercial market scenario, the company is contemplating of converting its office space project Oberoi Splendor Commercial I on Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road in Andheri suburb of Mumbai into a residential one. The company is yet to take a final decision on this and is likely to do so in the next two months, Oberoi said.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As part of stipulated stake reduction by promoters of any company to maintain minimum public shareholding norm within three years of listing, Oberoi Realty is considering rights issue, offer for sale and other options to dilute promoters&#8217; stake to mandatory 75% by October 2013. Promoters of Oberoi Realty held 78.49% stake in the company as on March 31.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For the quarter ended March, the company reported 1.1% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 145.17 crore on the back of 14.2% rise in revenue at Rs 325.99 crore.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The actress had signed a contract with the company for two years (2010-11). But she was shocked to see her snapshots in the ads on the front page of leading newspapers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Says a source, &#8220;Her contract expired in mid-2011. She tried settling the matter amicably but since there was no response from their side, she had to file a case.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sagarika says, &#8220;Yes, a case has been filed but since I am not in Mumbai, my manager is taking care of the issue. The company is still using my pictures even after my contract with them has expired.&#8221;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The agency has agreed to clean the 12 roads, fix sign boards, maintain medians and traffic islands and ensure that posters and banners do not come up.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The 12 roads are namely Purasawakkam High Road, Vepery High Road, Gangadeswarar Koil Street, Gandhi-Irvin Road, Raja Annamalai Road, Narayana Guru Road, Jothi Venkatachalam Road, E V K Sampath Road, Pantheon Road, Raja Muthiah Road, Police Commissioner Road and Whannels Road.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The organization will employ garbage cleaners, gardeners and other staff required for the above. They will also fix clock towers for 20 corporation gardeners.</p>
